SCS-NYC welcomes TrueBuilt, a software company dedicated to facilitating a faster and more accurate pre-construction process. 

Jon Sibley, Founder and CEO, will discuss how TrueBuilt helps its customers drive wins and alleviate risk through its innovative pre-construction platform. Jon will explain how TrueBuilt leverages the latest AI and machine learning technologies to help general contractors and subcontractors plan smarter and drive profitability. We'll also hear how TrueBuilt is streamlining pre-construction workflows through tools such as smart estimation, bid package invites and bid tracking, and risk management.

We are also pleased to welcome Join, the collaborative project delivery platform for the built environment.

Andy Huh, Product Manager, will discuss how Join's platform facilitates multi-stakeholder decision-making by providing real-time, detailed insights into cost and an intuitive visual interface that helps simplify project complexity. We'll also hear how Join is empowering OAC teams to design and build excellence in today’s dynamic market.
